Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated IT Support Technician to provide top-notch technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensure smooth operation of IT systems, and assist in network management.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service while resolving technical issues.
  • Participate in planning and implementing IT solutions.
  • Assist in configuring and troubleshooting network devices.
  • Perform backups and recovery procedures for user data.
  • Advise on the use of new technologies to improve efficiency.
  • Manage inventory of IT supplies and equipment.
  • Create user accounts and manage access permissions.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
  • Advanced certifications will be advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in IT support
