• Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
• Lead the project team by setting clear expectations and providing support.
• Communicate project expectations effectively to team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Utilize stakeholder feedback to improve project processes and outcomes.
• Conduct risk assessments and proactively address issues as they arise.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in managing projects
