Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural designs and documentation for various projects.
• Engage in client consultations to understand their needs and dreams.
• Assess project sites to create contextually appropriate designs.
• Incorporate sustainable practices and materials into design processes.
• Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
• Monitor progress on construction sites to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in architecture and design

Technical Skills

• BIM Software Proficiency
• 3D Visualization

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Time Management

Certifications

• Professional Architect Registration
• AGSA Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in green building design: Experience with sustainable architecture principles and energy-efficient design.
