UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a skilled UI/UX Designer to elevate our design processes. In this role, you'll drive user-centric designs by conducting research and usability testing, enhancing our products' overall performance while keeping the end-users in mind.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with developers to implement responsive and interactive UI elements.
• Analyze and review user feedback and analytics to improve product interfaces.
• Create and maintain design documentation to ensure consistency across projects.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Advocate for users by ensuring that usability principles are adhered to during development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Experience

• 3+ years of industry experience in UI/UX design
