Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Broom Builder to join our dedicated production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing brooms using various materials and tools. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices for production efficiency.
• Support quality control efforts throughout the broom-making process.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or craftsmanship environment desirable.

Advantageous

• Previous Manufacturing Experience: Working in a similar role or manufacturing capacity is beneficial.
