Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components.
• Conduct feasibility studies and perform calculations to assist in design decisions.

• Oversee prototype development and testing to ensure conformity with design criteria.
• Implement and maintain quality control systems for projects.
• Troubleshoot issues with mechanical systems during design and post-deployment.
• Document all activities and ensure compliance with established processes.
• Participate in engineering meetings and provide status updates on project progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product design and development

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SolidWorks

• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with project management software: Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira for project tracking.
