Responsibilities
Supervise retail staff to ensure effective sales and operations.
Monitor customer experience and implement service improvements.
Develop strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Provide ongoing coaching and training for team members.
Prepare sales reports for the management team.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Assist in setting marketing promotions and displays.
Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Requirements
Education
Matric Certificate / Equivalent
Degree in Business or Retail Management is preferred

At least 3 years of experience in retail management or leadership roles
