We are seeking a Retail Team Leader to manage and inspire our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with exceptional leadership abilities to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise retail staff to ensure effective sales and operations.
• Monitor customer experience and implement service improvements.
• Develop strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for team members.
• Prepare sales reports for the management team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Assist in setting marketing promotions and displays.
• Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate / Equivalent
• Degree in Business or Retail Management is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in retail management or leadership roles
