Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Shoe Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate various machinery used in the shoe production process, ensuring that all products meet our quality standards. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines for different shoe production tasks.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any machine malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of production and machine performance.
• Collaborate with other operators and departments to improve production methods.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Keep work areas organized and free of hazards.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Additional training in industrial or mechanical engineering is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment

Languages

• English: Fluent
