Quality Control Inspector

Job Description

As a Quality Control Inspector with us, you will work closely with our production team to ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with our quality standards. This position is vital in fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement within our teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assessments on various stages of production and packaging.
• Utilize measuring and testing equipment to collect data to validate quality.
• Prepare reports on inspection findings and present data to management for review.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints related to product quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on industry standards and developments in quality control processes.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Further qualifications in Quality Management are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing setting

Technical Skills

• ISO 9001
• Statistical Analysis

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem Solving

Certifications

• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS): Knowledge of various quality management systems is preferred.
• Training in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP): Training in HACCP principles would be an advantage.
