Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing tax advice and support to clients on a variety of tax matters.
• Conduct periodic reviews of clients' tax strategies to ensure optimization.
• Assist in mergers and acquisitions by conducting due diligence on tax matters.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and advise management accordingly.
• Engage in strategic tax planning initiatives and communicate effectively with clients.
• Work collaboratively with financial advisors and legal teams to address clients’ needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Professional Tax Certification is highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in tax consulting or compliance
