Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Research Associate, where you will facilitate clinical studies from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include monitoring site performance, ensuring data integrity, and supporting participant recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols.
• Manage patient recruitment and retention strategies.
• Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality assurance standards.
• Facilitate effective communication between study teams and stakeholders.
• Evaluate site performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Assist with the development and revision of study documentation.
• Ensure timely reporting of adverse events and compliance issues.
• Provide guidance on ethics and regulatory compliance in clinical research.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical research role

• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in oncology trials: Experience in conducting and monitoring oncological clinical trials.
• Fluency in an additional official South African language: Proficiency in an additional language spoken in South Africa is an advantage.
