Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Data Entry Clerk. This position involves timely data entry and comprehensive quality checks. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring high data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Input data into various platforms accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain and organize digital and paper files.
  • Assist in data entry projects for special initiatives.
  • Monitor data entry standards and suggest improvements.
  • Train new staff on data entry guidelines and processes.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects that require data management.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Administration or Data Management preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

Languages
