As an Industrial Engineer in Johannesburg, you will be responsible for assessing production systems and proposing innovations that lead to higher efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities

• Evaluate operational systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on engineering projects.

• Implement Lean and Six Sigma principles in various projects.
• Train staff on new processes and technologies.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential operational issues.
• Support project management efforts to align resources effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or related discipline
