As an Occupational Therapist at HealthFirst, you will work collaboratively with clients to create customized treatment plans, assess their needs, and facilitate their recovery process.

Responsibilities

• Create and assess individualized therapy programs for clients.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops.
• Utilize adaptive equipment to enhance client function.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapy practices and regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience as an Occupational Therapist
