Responsibilities

• Apply innovative engineering solutions to improve project performance.
• Work closely with the project manager to deliver projects on time.
• Participate in the development of project bids and proposals.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare contract documents and manage contractors on-site.
• Conduct research on new technologies and methods to improve engineering practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist in their professional development.
• Promote health and safety standards on all project sites.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in civil or structural engineering
