Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to better understand their technical challenges.
  • Streamline support processes to enhance customer experience.
  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and replacements.
  • Generate reports on support tickets for management review.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Assist with on-boarding new team members in the support department.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • Diploma in IT or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
Technical Skills
  • Windows and Mac OS expertise
  • Understanding of TCP/IP protocols
Soft Skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Adaptability
Certifications
  • Certified Help Desk Professional (CHDP)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
