As a Financial Analyst in our Johannesburg office, you will engage in various financial tasks, from preparing budgets and forecasts to conducting in-depth financial analyses. You will collaborate with different departments to ensure our financial strategies align with business objectives and deliver results that drive growth. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential as you evaluate trends and provide insights.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial performance against benchmarks and report findings.
• Provide recommendations based on financial analysis for optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance financial processes.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts in budgeting and reporting.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or reporting

Technical Skills

• SQL
• Financial Reporting

Certifications

• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
