Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing direct support to patients and families. Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and support to patients.
• Help manage patient flow in the healthcare facility.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior nursing staff.
• Promote a compassionate and caring environment for all patients.
• Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and guidelines.

Advantageous

• Certification in critical care nursing: Certification in critical care nursing will be favorable.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English: Ability to communicate in both Afrikaans and English is advantageous.
