Job Description

As a Psychologist at our Pretoria facility, you will play a key role in the mental health team, helping clients manage their emotional and psychological well-being. Your responsibilities include individual and group therapy sessions, along with providing psychological assessments to tailor effective treatment plans to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assess mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Review therapy outcomes and modify approaches accordingly.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
  • Assist in the creation of mental health resources and programs.
  • Engage in peer consultation and supervision.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Psychology is advantageous
  • Registration with the HPCSA as a Clinical Psychologist.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in therapy, counselling or clinical settings.
