Job Description

Join our East London office as an IT Support Technician, where you will deliver critical IT support and administration. You will have the opportunity to work with various technologies and solve a range of technical challenges while supporting our client's needs.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical support requests from staff and clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
