Job Description

We are seeking a talented Event Planner to join our dynamic team at Eventful Creations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing various types of events, creativity in designing event concepts, and excellent organizational skills. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning from inception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop event concepts and themes that resonate with the target audience.
• Oversee the design and production of marketing materials for events.
• Utilise social media to promote events and engage clients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all events.
• Invite and manage guest speakers and special guests.
• Assist clients in choosing event elements including venues, themes, and catering.
• Prepare event timelines and coordinate all logistics leading up to the event.
• Evaluate vendor performance and suggest improvements where necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or Hospitality
• Relevant certifications in event planning are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in event planning or management
