Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Manager to lead our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel management, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all hotel operations to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and guests to strengthen relationships.
  • Implement new procedures to enhance service quality and guest experience.
  • Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Manage the hotel's online presence and respond to guest reviews.
  • Ensure that staff adhere to the hotel's standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to drive occupancy and revenue.
  • Participate in community events to promote the hotel.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related discipline
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in hospitality management
