Job Description

As a Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Setter, Operator, or Tender, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines that coat various products with chemical substances. Your role will ensure that our production runs smoothly and meets quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage coating machinery, ensuring optimal operation.
• Conduct regular quality checks throughout production runs.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and ensure timely repairs.
• Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams to enhance production efficiency.
• Document and report any production discrepancies to the production supervisor.
• Train new operators on machine settings and production standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Adapt to various product specifications and adjust machinery accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Technical diploma or certificate in manufacturing processes is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume production environment
