We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines while managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement during project execution.
• Facilitate collaboration and problem-solving among team members.
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs as needed.
• Assist in the development of project management methodologies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned.
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables meets the project requirements.
• Drive stakeholder satisfaction through effective project delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• PMP certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience
