Job Description

The Etchers and Engravers will play a crucial role in designing and producing high-quality engraved plates for a range of applications. This position requires precision, creativity, and an eye for detail to meet client specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype new engraved products.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team for client presentations.
• Develop relationships with clients for recurring work.
• Keep updated with new engraving technologies and methods.
• Assist in inventory management and reorder supplies as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in engraving or a related field (optional)

Experience

• Experience with laser engraving is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Experience with laser engraving techniques
• Ability to work with various materials

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking
• Team collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in customer service: Ability to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs.
