Job Description

We are seeking an Auditing Team Lead to spearhead our auditing projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will oversee audit planning, execution, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing operational efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all phases of audit processes.
• Engage with management to facilitate the audit process.
• Review and finalize audit reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct follow-up audits to ensure compliance with recommendations.
• Assist in the development of the annual audit plan.
• Foster a culture of ethical behavior and compliance within the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Ensure that the audit team adheres to internal policies and professional standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of auditing experience with managerial responsibilities
