Looking for a Field Service Engineer in Midrand who will provide exceptional support and service to our clients. This role involves hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and establishing long-lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
Execute on-site evaluations for equipment installations.
Offer post-installation support and training.
Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify problems.
Document all service actions and client feedback.
Act as a liaison between clients and the engineering department.
Participate in product development meetings to share customer insights.
Ensure the highest standards of customer service throughout all interactions.
Conduct training seminars for junior engineers as needed.
Prepare service contracts and agreements.
Stay updated on product innovations within the engineering sector.
Requirements
Education
Higher Diploma in Engineering or related technical field
A degree in Engineering is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in field service roles preferred
