UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our creative team in Stellenbosch. In this role, you’ll focus on enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and interaction of our digital services. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with product managers and developers to implement design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the user experience design process for new products and features.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance product usability.
• Design user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops to gather insights from stakeholders and end-users.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of proven experience in UX design

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working in Agile environments: Familiar with Agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
