Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Supervisor in East London. You will be responsible for leading daily operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining safety protocols to ensure a smooth workflow within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Direct warehouse operations to meet shipping schedules and inventory deadlines.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment, encouraging cooperation and productivity.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately documented.
  • Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Identify potential safety hazards and address them promptly.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Degree in Logistics/Business Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within warehousing or logistics.
