Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead our operations in Pretoria. Your expertise will ensure the smooth running of warehousing and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management and a strong ability to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational efficiency by improving warehouse processes and logistics.
  • Strengthen inventory management and ensure accuracy in records.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast inventory needs.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and health regulations.
  • Monitor the performance of logistics key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in the budgeting and financial planning of warehouse operations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture focused on safety and productivity.
  • Engage with stakeholders to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Track warehouse expenditures and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the warehouse staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience in the logistics field
