• Ensure all entertainment aspects adhere to company standards and audience expectations.

• Coordinate with sound and lighting teams to ensure high-quality production.
• Handle crisis situations during events and provide solutions effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Professional certifications in event management are a plus

• 7+ years of experience in managing entertainment events
