Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support in chronic disease management.
• Oversee the accuracy of prescriptions and medications dispensed.
• Participate in pharmaceutical research and development initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive pharmacy experience.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients about preventative health measures and wellness.
• Review and assess potential drug interactions and contraindications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Master's degree in Clinical Pharmacy is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in community pharmacy
