Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for residential and commercial spaces.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to procure materials.
• Implement project timelines and manage schedules effectively.
• Conduct thorough research to stay trend-forward in design.
• Adjust designs based on feedback and practical constraints.
• Oversee the aesthetic aspects of construction sites during the project lifecycle.
• Document design processes and project outcomes.
• Facilitate client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage vendor contracts and relationships to ensure quality delivery.
• Participate in community outreach and promotional events as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Certification from a recognized design institution is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
