Job Description

We are on the lookout for an E-learning Developer in Cape Town to join our forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate should have a knack for creating dynamic online learning experiences and a passion for educational technology. You will work closely with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging e-learning materials that enhance knowledge retention.

Responsibilities

  • Design courses that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
  • Develop storyboards and prototypes for e-learning experiences.
  • Conduct usability testing to ensure user-friendly interfaces.
  • Collaborate in a team environment to brainstorm innovative solutions.
  • Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of e-learning programs.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for course enhancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years experience in e-learning or instructional design
