Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Healthcare Solutions Ltd., you will deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care and support to our clients in Durban. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' health history to determine necessary pharmaceutical care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans in conjunction with medical staff.
• Lead health education campaigns related to medications in the community.
• Stay updated with the latest in pharmaceutical advancements and regulations.
• Engage and resolve patient complaints regarding medications.
• Assist the pharmacy manager with operational and administrative duties.
• Promote compliance with ethical sales practices and marketing.
• Provide training and development for junior staff members.
• Manage the pharmacy's record-keeping of controlled substances.
• Oversee the proper disposal of expired or unused medications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Preferred specialization in clinical pharmacy

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical pharmacy environment

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous
