Responsibilities

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installations.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Provide expert advice on space planning and utilization.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and craftsmen.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or related field

Experience

• 5 years of experience in high-end residential design

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Color Theory

Soft Skills

• Negotiation skills
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in commercial interior design: Background in designing commercial spaces such as offices or retail.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations: Knowledge of local building codes and regulations affecting design.
