Responsibilities
Conduct thorough risk assessments to determine coverage eligibility.
Collaborate with actuaries to analyze data for insurance pricing.
Analyze current market conditions to stay competitive.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients through effective communication.
Assist clients in navigating claims processes as needed.
Review and validate data within underwriting software for accuracy.
Compile and present findings on underwriting decisions to senior management.
Maintain detailed records of all underwriting activities.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
Master's degree in Finance or Risk Management preferred
Experience
5+ years of underwriting experience or in related insurance roles
