Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented Inspectors, Testers, Sorters, Samplers, and Weighers to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Successful candidates will be responsible for monitoring production processes, verifying product specifications, and conducting tests to guarantee quality.

Responsibilities

• Examine production lines for adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct sampling of products for detailed testing and analysis.
• Identify defects and inconsistencies in products.
• Work closely with team members to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
• Provide feedback to improve production processes and quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Diploma or degree in Quality Management is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a quality control role within manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Quality analysis
• Statistical process control

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles: Able to apply Lean methodologies to optimize quality processes.
• Proficient in using quality management software: Experience with electronic quality management systems (QMS).
