Responsibilities

• Design and maintain production layouts optimized for efficiency.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles across the operations.
• Collaborate with project managers on new initiatives and process changes.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to in all operational processes.
• Participate in developing quality assurance protocols and standards.
• Provide technical guidance to production staff.
• Manage relationships with external consultants for specific engineering projects.
• Involve in budgeting and resource allocation for engineering projects.
• Support sustainability initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Further studies in Operations Management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in process design and optimization

Technical Skills

• Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Six Sigma Methodologies

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in project management roles.: Proficient in leading engineering projects from concept to completion.
