Job Description

We are in search of an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to assist our clients with their inquiries and ensure their needs are met. You will manage customer accounts, provide product support, and handle complaints, all while delivering outstanding service that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline support to customers and address their inquiries.
  • Evaluate customer concerns and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Share customer feedback with relevant departments to drive improvements.
  • Train new staff on customer service protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Service Management is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role with a focus on service excellence
