We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimize our IT systems in Durban. As part of our talented team, you will work on exciting infrastructure projects ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable IT infrastructure solutions.
• Conduct regular audits on systems and processes.
• Respond promptly to system outages and performance issues.
• Educate staff on best practices for IT security.
• Develop IT policies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage backup and restore processes.
• Coordinate training sessions for end users on new systems.
• Analyze and improve operational workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
