Job Description

Looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our Johannesburg office. You will be responsible for analyzing vast datasets, deploying machine learning algorithms, and providing trends that assist in shaping strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design experiments to test hypotheses and measure outcomes.
• Participate in data collection and cleaning processes.
• Develop and deploy statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams on data infrastructure.
• Provide expertise in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Assist in formulating strategies for data governance and management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
• Master's degree in a relevant area is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of work experience in a similar role
