Job Description

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our end-users. Your role encompasses troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly to help our employees in their daily tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve complex desktop support issues.
  • Assist in implementing IT projects and initiatives.
  • Train users on various software and hardware solutions.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on IT systems.
  • Maintain the security of all IT systems and user data.
  • Assist in preparing reports on IT performance and user feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with team members on tech-related projects.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in the management of IT budgets for hardware and software.
  • Support remote users and provide solutions for mobile access.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certification will be an advantage
Experience
  • Experience in a corporate IT environment is preferred.
