Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Mold Presser, responsible for the operation and maintenance of molding machines to produce high-quality molded products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate keen attention to detail, with a strong understanding of mold pressing techniques and the ability to work with precision.

Responsibilities

• Set up molds and operate molding equipment based on production requirements.
• Inspect molds and components for defects or damage before production.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Perform quality checks and maintain product conformity throughout the production cycle.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workspace in adherence to safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts for molding processes.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in Manufacturing or Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 2 years of hands-on experience in mold pressing

Languages

• English: Fluent
