Our growing dental practice in Cape Town is looking for a skilled Dentist who is passionate about creating beautiful smiles. In this role, you will diagnose and treat dental issues, educate patients on oral hygiene, and work closely with our dental team to ensure the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose dental health conditions for patients.
• Carry out treatment procedures effectively and efficiently.
• Enhance patient experience through excellent interpersonal skills.
• Promote community health initiatives related to oral health.
• Contribute to maintaining clinic standards and quality assurance.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for new patients.
• Integrate patient feedback for service improvement.
• Engage in clinic staff meetings and discussions for operational enhancement.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients.
• Provide aftercare support and follow-up for dental procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS)
• Master's in Dentistry is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of dental practice experience

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Root Canal Treatment
• Proficient in Prosthodontics

Soft Skills

• Patient Engagement
• Time Management

Certifications

• HPCSA Registration
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
