Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction while representing our brand values.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment is preferred
