Job Description

We are currently seeking a Machine Stuffer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for stuffing materials into machines, monitoring machine operations, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines to ensure proper stuffing processes.
• Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
• Document production processes and communicate any deviations.
• Assist in training new employees on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Participate in safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise production flow.
• Embrace and implement lean manufacturing principles.
• Provide feedback to the production manager on process improvements.
• Keep abreast of new techniques in machine operation.
