Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Legal Advisor to provide expert legal guidance and support on a variety of issues. This role involves advising clients on legal rights and obligations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of legal frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze legal issues to provide recommendations.
• Draft and review internal policies and procedures.
• Oversee compliance audits and legal assessments.
• Provide ongoing legal support for company projects.
• Assist in mergers and acquisitions due diligence.
• Serve as a point of contact for legal inquiries from staff.
• Participate in strategy sessions with senior management.
• Review marketing and promotional materials for legal compliance.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and industry associations.

Requirements

Education

• JD or equivalent legal degree
• Specialization in Corporate Law is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate legal advisory
