• Manage product displays and merchandising strategies.

• Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
• Evaluate staff performance and conduct regular assessments.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely product delivery.
• Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety regulations.
• Report on sales trends and store performance to upper management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Retail Management
• Additional qualifications are a bonus

Experience

• 5+ years of retail management experience
