Job Description

A Scaffolding Helper is responsible for assisting in the erection, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on construction sites. This hands-on role is pivotal in ensuring that scaffolding is correctly installed and stable.

Responsibilities

• Help in erecting scaffolding on various construction sites.
• Ensure that all scaffolding structures meet safety standards.
• Actively participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Assist in organizing scaffolding materials for easy access.
• Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 10 or equivalent
• Valid scaffolding certificate or similar certification

Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Physical fitness

Certifications

• First Aid Certificate
• Working at Heights Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
