A Scaffolding Helper is responsible for assisting in the erection, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on construction sites. This hands-on role is pivotal in ensuring that scaffolding is correctly installed and stable.
Responsibilities
Help in erecting scaffolding on various construction sites.
Ensure that all scaffolding structures meet safety standards.
Actively participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
Assist in organizing scaffolding materials for easy access.
Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Education
Grade 10 or equivalent
Valid scaffolding certificate or similar certification
Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
